Hanson Field Step Two
Okay, step one for Hanson Field was the entire east side make over with nice stands, bathrooms, and concessions. Step 2 will get underway this spring with new field turf and a new scoreboard! Step 3 is on the way! Funny thing, CCU stadium is grass. Guess you can say, been there, done that!!!!!

As long as they don't paint it purple or something we'll be in good shape! I hope the painted turf fad never comes to Macomb.

I was there for the UNI game and actually liked the set up and the area around the stadium. Being surrounded by campus buildings like that was an awesomething.
Getting new turf and a new scoreboard (I'm assuming it's coming with a video board?) Would send it very close to the top of the conference for facilities, IMHO

Nice to see WIU get new turf, I remember when NDSU was down there last year the field had seen a lot of rain and it was like a swamp. Does that make SDSU the only school with grass?
