No kidding, shit, they respotted the ball to where those reviewing advised. The Hens should have stopped EWU after that failure, but they couldn't. Better team yesterday won, and thats what counts. Refs are part of the game, if you bitch about that call, then you have to bitch about all of them.

It isn't rubbing it in 93, its and observation. Both teams played like champions, either team could have won. Keeler lost some composure, while EWU's coach was calm the entire game, and that carried over to the Eags players. IMHO, Keller should have accepted the re-spot, and showed his team confidence in them, rather than acting as if that play WAS the game. It wasn't, there was plenty more football to be played.

Had nothing to do with the refs. Hard to believe at the time but the game was decided on the blocked extra point after Delaware's first touchdown. Hens make that, the game is tied. You never know what little plays in the first quarter will decide the game. Missing extra points are like missing free throws in basketball.

Best team won.

And he was wrong! UD still could have stopped EWU from scoring, and they could have drove and kicked a FG at the end. Neither of which happened.

Regarless, either team could have won, and the two best teams played and one came away with a NC.

Not that I care to get into this particular discussion, but apparently you missed the story by the Spokesman Review asking Montana fans to come to their game, or the fact that Montana fans actually DID drive the 200 miles multiple times in the snow to attend and actually support EWU.

Not quite as bandwagon as you would like to make it sound.

Add to that, we are both Big Sky Conf teams, conf teams do tend to support each other in the playoffs.

I will also say, to their credit, I haven't seen a single UD fan complain about the spot, or the review spot (which did push the ball back).

I'm happy for EWU, the Big Sky, and happy it was such a great game, and showcase for FCS football.
