2009:
NCAA Division I record for most blocked PAT's by a single player in a game (FCS or FBS) with three against the Chowan Hawks... McClam's blocking prowess also ties the FCS record for combined block kicks in a game (includes blocked punts, PATs, FGs)...Set a FCS season record by blocking five PATs in 2009 (3 vs. Chowan, 1 at Jacksonville, 1 at Fordham)...Among the Monarch leaders in sacks with 3.5 for a loss of 26 yards...Included a 15-yard sack against Monmouth...

2011: Will be playing TE.

2010: Listed as a starter at left defensive end on EWU’s preseason depth chart. Played in all 14 games, started 4. Recorded 14 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 QBH, and 1 FF.

2009: He played in all 12 games, including four as a starter. He made his starting debut against Western Oregon (9/5/09) and finished with four tackles. He had a season-high five tackles in another start versus Montana State (10/24/09).

2008: Played in eight games, mostly on the defensive line after starting the year as a tight end. He finished with four tackles, including two versus Northern Colorado (11/8/08). He helped Eastern finish an impressive 11th in the NCAA Football Championship Subdivison in rushing defense (93.5), as well as fifth in sacks (3.09 per game) and ninth nationally in tackles for loss (7.9 per game).

2007: Redshirted. Was selected as EWU’s Offensive Scout Team Player of the Year. He was offensive scout team player of the week twice.

HS: Graduated from Roseville HS in 2007. Earned All-Suburban East Conference honors as a tight end as a senior after helping lead his team to a section championship. Roseville finished 8-4 and made the school’s second-ever state playoff appearance. He was team captain in football, basketball and track and field. Roseville won a state championship in track and field his junior season.

Personal: Born 11/22/88 in Maplewood, Minn. Will turn 22 two days after Eastern plays Idaho State. He is an Eagle Scout. Geography major.

2009: He was named Montana's "Scout Team Player of the Year" on defense as a redshirt.

High School: He earned four letters in football, three in basketball, and one in track and field at Stevensville High School...a two-time all-conference pick, playing linebacker, running back, and also punting...also twice all-league in basketball...a three-time team MVP on defense in football... served as team captain in football on two occasions and in hoops once... his 2008 basketball team was divisional champs with a 27-5 record...his high school football coach was former (1981-84) Griz quarterback Bob Connors.
