Only OOC games I know of are @ Kent State and @ Richmond for 2013. We have two more openings for 2012, preferably home games

Here is UND's schedule thus far for 2013. The Montana game is a return on the home/home from last year, and is not counted in conference standings. Last I heard it was still on. Assuming that the SDSU and Montana games stay, that is one heck of a home schedule with Montana, SDSU, EWU and Montana State (not to mention Sac St who has been showing some promise and old NCC foe UNC). I would assume that we might see an FBS game on there somewhere, although 7 home games may take away the need for a money game.

Navy return game isn't until 2015 and Nevada isn't set either. The game next year isn't a part of a home and home. It was to help out New Mexico and Nevada since they will both be in MWC.

I'm pretty sure in 2013 we start a inner-city series with Norfolk State and we will also open up with Charlotte.
The first game will be at Norfolk State's 30,000-seat Dick Price Stadium on Sept. 14, 2013. The Spartans will visit ODU's Foreman Field, which will seat 19,782 when renovations are done, the following year on Sept. 13.

...ODU could have a quite a few rivalries in the next couple years....JMU, ODU, WM, Norfolk State, Georgia State...
The Charlotte 49ers, who will unveil a new football program in 2013, have added a home-and-home series with Old Dominion to the 2013 and 2014 schedules. Charlotte will play at Old Dominion, Sept. 21, 2013 with the Monarchs returning a visit to Charlotte, Sept. 6, 2014. That home game will be played at the 49ers on-campus 15,000-seat football stadium, which is due to break ground in May.

I see 4-7 there, but there are probably a few there that could go either way.
But how the cr@p do you get 7 home games in an 11-game schedue? That doesn't make much sense.
