Obviously i have a lot of interest in the Temple-Nova game. TU bias aside the Owls are the favorite heading into this game. Both teams face question marks but Temples are fewer. If this game was in Mid October i would be a lot more worried. As it is i think Temple slugs out a 2 TD win.
As for Toledo and UNH, the Rockets are the preseason favorite to win the MAC. They return 19 starters and are poised for a very good season. They did take some lumps last year along the way to a 8-5 finish. But given the returning talent and stability within the coaching staff Toledo figures to be a very solid FBS team. Someone on ESPN was even saying that people are overlooking Boise State's trip to the Glass Bowl.

JMU vs UNC: UNC is a mess right now
Willam & Mary vs Virginia: The Tribe seem to have the horses this year
Delaware vs Navy: Both teams have to replace key players, Navy probabaly a little deeper
Villanova vs Temple: Rivalry game, both are going through a bit of a transition period
Richmond vs Duke: coaching change causes me to rethink this one
UNH vs Toledo: The Rockets will be much better than most FCS'ers think.
URI vs Syracuse: The Orange should take another step in the right direction this year

Why is the URI-Syracuse game listed in the Week #1 list? Shouldn't Sept. 10 games be listed in Week #2?

Too early for predictions. Over a week out too many things can happen, like star players getting injured, a coach getting fired, etc.....

I'd say, ODU's starting RB is out 6-8 weeks with a cracked bone in his neck.
However, its not completely devastating while he's definitely the most experienced RB on the team I don't think he's the best on the team. I think Crawford and Harper are better.

The Morgan St vs Towson game is on Comcast sports net. By the way, Towson will romp in the game.
