Post them as they are out.

Don't look for an NAU schedule until Late...

NAU will play:
8 conference games
Southern Utah at home
Arizona at Tucson

If recent trends are in order, NAU will play a D-II at home as well.

I hope they don't. Would rather see another home and home with a FCS school started up.

Yeah it would be cool if you could get a Home and home with Davis or Cal Poly going and maybe they'll look at USD or UND since they are counters this year instead of a d2.

The Dakotas would be a good option for a one off home game...

As far as Poly or UC-D, rather do that after our series with SUU is up. I really like us playing series from a different conference.

It is kind of neat how that worked out. :P Not to mention all the savings in travel expenses. ;)

Really lookin' forward to the McNeese game. Hope we take 'em to the shed like E-Dub did last year.

Definitely could end up that way but you gotta think McNeese will make a re-emergence pretty soon.

Alright as far as i know this is SUU's Schedule not in the order they are played just the known games:

-@ San Diego State
-@ Northern Arizona
-Cal Poly
-UC Davis
-North Dakota
-@ South Dakota
-@ Utah State

A pretty tough slate for the Thunderbirds this year but im hoping at least maybe a 1-1 record with the FBS schools (probably not going to happen) but i think they could beat NAU, the Dakotas and possibly UC Davis...got high hopes for next season!

I agree whole heartedly, i think we have a few more years of an NAU and SUU game. And Weber, for some reason they dont want to play us. Our AD has repeatedly offered to play them but they just dont want to which sucks because i would hope to create a rivalry game so we can get some media attention in Utah. Like "North Vs South" game or something, they just dont want to play us for some reason. I say its because they are P%##@^s but then again who knows :D

Why do we know we're playing SUU and they don't know it yet?

Better yet, why do many conferences not have schedules set yet? and why doesn't the CAA fill in with other CAA games? You know, own conference? Just trying to find things out here.

How would they get 5 teams into the playoffs if they couldn't all go 8-4 or better?

Well, the CAA has more teams than games available...unless we totally eliminate OOC games...and that ain't gonna happen...

So, we have two divisions of 6 teams, and play your own division each year, plus on a two year cycle, three teams from the other division...home and away...then switch to the other three teams for the same two year cycle, home and away...

That allows 3 or 4 OOC games...UMass always has an FBS game...and last year played Texas Tech, Albany, Holy Cross and Bryant...

This year we have Kansas State...but I'm not sure yet who the other OOC matches are yet...

And with two more teams slated to come into football in the CAA over the next three years (with the additon of Old Dominion and Georgia State, both full-members of the CAA), I can pretty safely predict the conference will be broken up...at least the football-only members (UMass, URI, Maine and UNH) will be asked to leave (IMHO) and what happens then is anybody's guess...
