Temporary bleachers in the endzone finished today:

What's with all of the railings? Stadium Jail?

The bleachers are temporary and permanent stands will be the next step in expansion. Charlie Cobb has said that we want to increase capacity to 35k when we move up. Right now capacity is about 23k. So, at some point, I think we're demolishing the old field house and adding ~12k seats to that endzone.

Will that fit 12K? I think our little arc behind the endzone only holds around 4K.

I think the hill can fit about 10k people. Capacity: 21,650 Record crowd: 31,531

I think you could fit more in a similar space by giving them seats... instead of being spread out on blankets and folding chairs and such.

If that's accurate then I guess you're right. It just doesn't look like there's half as many people on the hill as there is in the other seats.
