5 from the CAA? Can't say I disagree ... I could see at least 5 teams finishing with records of 7-4 or better. If you put a gun to my head today I would pick those 5 teams from the CAA to make the playoffs.

I like NDSU's part of the bracket with Delaware, Montana, McNeese, and App... all top notch programs. Would be nice to host Delaware and Montana in back-to-back weekends as well.

At 6:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, you can simply substitute Old Dominion for Towson.

I'd take the UNI bracket - I am certain that New Hampshire is pining for another visit the UNIDOME. So many found memories...

Though I call BS on the idea of MT having to travel. When has that happened?

I'm traveling somewhere this playoff season, rather the Hens are in or not. Boone would be a fine destination.

Montana at the Fabulous Fargodome would be great. Lakes drinks AZ under the table, in the preliminary at the tailgate.

Per the site:
Started in 2011 by Illinois State University alum Steve Suess and Columbia College graduate/Illinois State University graduate student Tim Young, FCSFootballNetwork.com is a great way for FCS fans to both discover and discuss all that FCS football has to offer.

Don't see how GSU and Wofford will both get seeds, even if both teams come into the game undefeated in FCS games.

All due respect to ODU ... they beat Umass (props) but UMass barely beat Holy Cross ... so a suspect team at least. ODU also beat URI by just 8 ... arguably the worst team in the CAA. They're 2-1 in conference ... much better than I thought they could be at this point, BUT, Towson is legit it seems, and having Towson, JMU, UR, and WM is not going to be an easy stretch, even if UR and WM are down. I predict a loss to Towson, a win @Nova, Loss to JMU, beat UR at home, and lose on the road to WM. 7-4 (4-4). On the other hand, I have Towson going 8-3 (6-2).

I said this over on AGS, but I cannot see ODU having any shot at 7-4. Even at 8-3 ... ODU will be a tough sell. In the 7-win scenario I list above, I see no "quality" wins ... Umass and Richmond won't be playoff contendors, Hampton, Campbell and Georgia State are a joke of OOC (in the committee's eyes), Rhode Island and Nova are two worst teams in the league ... no quality wins = no playoffs for ODU.

Even if they go 8-3 and can beat, say, a WM and UR, those two teams I have finishing around 5-6/6-5, along with UMass ... so add that to URI and Nova who should both be around 2-9/1-10 ... and you still have zippy quality wins.

Beat Towson or JMU and go 8-3 ... and you have that quality win that could get you in. It starts this weekend, folks.
