According to this the first two rounds are only on ESPN3. Sucks for us in Missoula because our bigger ISPs don't have it.

Dumb.

The games are also carried on NCAA.com.

The JMU @ EKU is on ESPNU.

Last year the NCAA broadcast the ESPN3 feeds on NCAA.com. Doesn't appear that they will be doing that again?

Awesome. I hope they do that. I will be attending all our games in person but this would have kept a lot of people from watching.

This really sucks for everyone in Montana (Griz or Cats) who are used to watching their teams on TV every week. ESPN is basically shutting out the local networks and then only making the broadcast available to a select few that get ESPN3 through their internet providers. It would be a little different if ESPN3 were available to anyone, like Big Sky TV is, but in Montana it's not available to many at all. Lucky for me, my internet provider here in SoDak just recently became an ESPN3 provider. Still sucks for everyone back in Montana, though.

I've emailed the NCAA to confirm whether they will stream on NCAA.com as well.

I'll post their response when I get it.

We can still watch the game with satellite cord...right?

I have lived in several larger markets, Boise, Salt Lake and have never been able to get ESPN3. ESPN3 sucks as it is not growing that I can see and only a select few get it. There is no option to even buy it for the day or month or anything, terrible way to sell a product IMHO. :dunce:

firstrowsports.tv has been showing ESPN3 games.

It's free.

as one of the lucky ones who gets ESPN3 - I will say that I LOVE it.

I was able to cut my cable bill down from over $75/month down to $15/month. (I sill buy the sports package for MLB/NHL Nets)

Also - NO COMMERCIALS. and at halftime you get Cassidy Hubbarth (even if it is a pre-taped halftime show)

Love ESPN3 - get to watch every single playoff game if I choose - great options that weren't there 5 years ago. :thumb:

Your ISP still has to offer ESPN3 to get it through XBox Live.

I don't get ESPN3 so this sucks for me, time to find a babysitter and go get some tickets.

I know it is still early, but the question still stands.

What about satellite coordinates?

Please help spread the word. I am hoping ESPN gets flooded by Montanans, fans of Montana, Montana State, and FCS fans. Both the Griz, and Cats are in the playoff this year. Well guess what, the only viewing option is online at espn3.com, which most of Montana cannot get because of ISP requirement. Go to espn3.com. click on the "feedback" link, and let them hear how disappointed you are, even if it means threatening to not watch ESPN/ABC programming, unless they provide better viewing options. Thank you all.

Seriously, flood espn with emails through their "feedback" link, or method possible. I already stopped watching their Monday night game.

Go you! I'm sure they'll be filing for Chapter 11 in no time.

IF a few select complain about this, then they have this attitude. If, collectively FCS fans flood them with emails, and phone calls, something positive may happen. What does it hurt? This ESPN 3 is a complete JOKE, and disgrace to FCS fans.

So at least we now know that ESPN treats the FCS playoffs just like they treat MEAC regular season games...

Thanks Dennis Thomas!!! :brick: :shoot:

ISPs that won't carry it are what you should be bitching about, not ESPN3 itself.

I sent an email and got back a generic reply. They don't care. I tried to get somewhere with one of their operators and all he kept telling me that it wasn't his department. I asked him to transfer me, he said he didn't know how to...then hung up on me.
