The only openings from the last 10 years have been Michigan (twice), Ohio State, Minnesota (at least once), Indiana, Illinois, and possibly NW and Michigan State. Of those, only Minnesota and Indiana (maybe) could be reasonably expected to go FCS digging for coaches. We all know that the big 'uns wouldn't. OSU might have hired Tressel but they had eyes for Urban this time.

Bohl's next stop will be somewhere in the Big XII or MWC, in my estimation. Possibilities include places like BYU, Utah State, Texas Tech, Kansas State (when Snyder retires again), etc. Programs along those lines.

If that bald head keeps him at NDSU a bit longer, I will be happy! LOL!

I think the same question could be asked about Scottie Hazelton!

The Griz will be looking for a new DC...I wonder if Scottie would be interested? :coffee:

I don't know...charity maybe?

I think it would be a nice gesture on his part if he told Pflu he was interested, but I'm just spit-ballin' here! ;)

From BV:
The final Sagarin rankings have NDSU ranked #37. Not to give Lakes any ammunition, but that ranking would theoretically put us in the following places among all FBS conferences:

Big 12 -- 8th
SEC -- 9th
Big 10 -- 6th
Pac 12 -- 4th
Big East -- 4th
Independents -- Between BYU and Navy
ACC -- 4th
C-USA -- 4th
Mount. West -- 3rd
WAC -- 1st
MAC - 1st
Sun Belt -- 1st

And there is not a team between #38 and #61 that wouldn't ROLL NDSU all day long.

What an ego you have to think I would bother with your facebook!

I got it on Bison Ville. NDSU also picked up a couple votes in the Final FBS poll as well.

I think it's fucking hilarious how even the marginally sane Bison fans (like Lakes) are now attempting to distance themselves from Sioux lover JiBBerish and his homosexual porn fetish.

I don't know about that...rumor has it that Penn State was looking for a new coach sometime this past season. 8-)

We share an enjoyment in the hilarity of the Fargonista Catfight, AZ.
However, I must ask you to please choose different images for your sig line...your current batch makes me want to physically abuse women (the first one) and sexually objectify them (the second one). Thank you for your understanding in this very important matter.

On any given Saturday, NDSU could beat many of those teams but if they played an 11 game schedule against #51-#61, they end up with a losing record.

With the current team...very possible, but if we were in the FBS and had teams like those on the schedule, we would also have 22 more scholies and be attracting an even higher caliber athelete.

We would be an entirely different team, so the argument isn't realy valid.
