Im going to be honest with u that was a bunch of halfassed lifting and terrible form. Anybody with real liftimg experience will tell u. THAT WAS BAD. Unc should invest in a decent strength and cond coach. Seriously that was unsafe and poor lifting. Nowonder unc is so bad.

You're dumb. They just got a new weight coach 1 month ago. I asked Bumpas how he likes the new weight coach and he said he really likes him.

At least they can't hide from playing us in Grand Forks anymore. There are no buyouts in conference games Bengals.
