I picked South Dakota at Montana, but think Furman at Samford could be a good one.

I went with the Montana game too. As always, not a lot of good pickings on week 1.

I went with UNH and HC. Will be a game that everyone looks back at for HC as the playoffs near

The two played a classic last year in Durham and this one figures to be just as good.

USD is going to have a tough year in the Valley this year. Montana will give them a good butt-whippin.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Agreed. But the wasy those games were selected, it seemed like the aim was for FCS-vs.-FCS. Hence my selection of San Diego vs. CP vice the obvious homer pick of Sac vs. NMSU.

The school Cal Poly plays is a non-scholarship FCS school in the Patriot Conference I believe.
