If you've ever read their SCOUT board, you would think you were insulting them about re-joining the BSC. At this rate, they don't even offer the BSC anything. Good win for EWU!kalm wrote:And their 11,000 in attendance was probably about the same if they had played in Cheney.
They don't pack their OWN stadium, why would you expect them to pack one an hour and a half away?Rich K wrote:Any Eagle fans care to take a guess at what percent of the crowd in Moscow was wearing Red?
I'll tell you the truth, for as good a team as EWU is projecting this year, if they had less then 75% of the 11,000 crowd I'm not impressed. Eagle fans should have packed the Kibbie Dome.

My guess it was about 25% red...or so. Decent showing considering school hasn't started yet and a lot of our home attendance is made up of students. Also, I know quite a few people that are going to the WSU game the very next week and had to choose between that game or the Idaho one.Rich K wrote:Any Eagle fans care to take a guess at what percent of the crowd in Moscow was wearing Red?

We were only in one section, but we filled it pretty well. I'd say about 1000-1200 EWU fans.EWURanger wrote:My guess it was about 25% red...or so. We were at 105% of capacity last year. It's getting better.Grizalltheway wrote:They don't pack their OWN stadium, why would you expect them to pack one an hour and a half away?Rich K wrote:Any Eagle fans care to take a guess at what percent of the crowd in Moscow was wearing Red?

Really? Before I made that post, I checked the box score for the MSU game last year (figured it would have the highest attendance) and it was only 10k.kalm wrote:We were at 105% of capacity last year. It's getting better.Grizalltheway wrote:

It's certainly feasible. We've got a fair amount to correct first though. Luckily we have 9 days to do it.asu3peat wrote:WSU did not look all that good last night! Will EWU go 2-0 against their FBS competition this year?
Capacity is something like 8700.Grizalltheway wrote:Really? Before I made that post, I checked the box score for the MSU game last year (figured it would have the highest attendance) and it was only 10k.kalm wrote:

You guys can't get half that many unless we are there, tell the truth Homer...kalm wrote:And their 11,000 in attendance was probably about the same if they had played in Cheney.
Says the guy who texts me that the pud farmers just scored a TD and mins later tells me the game is tied at 3...Screamin_Eagle174 wrote:We were only in one section, but we filled it pretty well. I'd say about 1000-1200 EWU fans.EWURanger wrote:

Oh. For some reason I thought it was 12k.kalm wrote:Capacity is something like 8700.Grizalltheway wrote:

There have been crowds there that have been close to 12k, but it's because of temp seating being brought in. There are only 8700 perm seats atm. Now you know why we want the stafium renovations so badly. Chaves mentioned it during the pre-game show last night.Grizalltheway wrote:Oh. For some reason I thought it was 12k.kalm wrote:

All smack aside, it's good to see the jump in numbers. The more well-supported programs in the Sky, the better.
Your math skills =polsongrizz wrote:You guys can't get half that many unless we are there, tell the truth Homer...kalm wrote:And their 11,000 in attendance was probably about the same if they had played in Cheney.
Even YOU dont believe that anymore. EWU actually sells out games regularly now without montana coming to town. Now EWU gets a road win over a regional FBS foe? Hmmm I predict 5 home game sellouts this year. OH yea... now EWU has a video board better than montana's. The gizzz reign is over pal.polsongrizz wrote:You guys can't get half that many unless we are there, tell the truth Homer...kalm wrote:And their 11,000 in attendance was probably about the same if they had played in Cheney.
You said that after 2010, only to revert to your pathetic, losing-to-DA GRIZ ways.BlackFalkin wrote:Even YOU dont believe that anymore.
