It won't be as bad, I know the starters won't play much with Wake Forest and Clemson coming up. I'll take 70 points

eightyfour to nil is now the barometer by which florida state will be assessed by cfb pundits. if the final score is 64-9 or something like that, all of a sudden people will be questioning it, which seems a bit silly but it's what happens when somebody cleans the same opponent out by a dozen touchdowns...

If the defense plays the way they did against Murray St, I don't see Savannah State moving the ball. I just don't see 84 points or more coming on Saturday. FSU did run for 6 TDs last week so maybe they can top that.

Wow. I didn't realize they are going to play Oklahoma State and Florida State on two consecutive weekends. I guess from the standpoint of the school it's not bad since they'll bet a lot of money by FCS standards. And I don't think they're worried at this point about the impact of two losses on their at large playoff bid hopes. But, man, that's got to be tough on the players.

Several MEAC schools do this to their kids in basketball, as well. I remember Marlyland-Shore a few years back, and it seemed like their first home game was something like one month into the season. How brutal must that be on academics and team morale, to be three times a week the Washington Generals for teams around the country.
I know money is a huge deal, but these kids are getting pimped out for paychecks at schools like SSU.

84-0 should be trumped this week by Wofford who should be ashamed of themselves playing Lincoln University.
If Wofford doesn't score in the 80's they'll go down in my poll.

Meh. The "gold standard" for futility remains DelState's 105-0 loss to Neil Lomax and Portland State in 1980.
