At this point, any win is a good one, and any win on the road is great regardless of the opponent.dbackjon wrote:7-1
Yup - NAU usually blows a road game they should win. Hope this was it,and we got that hurdle crossed.JALMOND wrote:At this point, any win is a good one, and any win on the road is great regardless of the opponent.dbackjon wrote:7-1
ISU scored more than NAU did against NoCo. Just sayin'.dbackjon wrote:Yup - NAU usually blows a road game they should win. Hope this was it,and we got that hurdle crossed.JALMOND wrote:

@ISU is only road game left
Well, for me, that would depend on just who the D-II team is. I think that a perennial D-II power would have to be treated just a bit differently than a D-II also-ran or bottom-feeder.BlueHen86 wrote:A win is a win, unless it's a division II team.
I'm feeling the same thing right now.dbackjon wrote:7-1
Que a griz fan to talk down this record...dbackjon wrote:7-1
You're really giving the NAU defense credit for that safety? Come on, that was UNC's long snapper being terrible and you know it. Not to mention we had 2 turnovers and 75 penalty yards of our own and were missing the best two players from our front seven, including an All-American linebacker.JackParty wrote:Was at the game...a bit nippy in Greely today.
NAU's defense was once again beastly with a safety and a pick 6. The offense just couldn't get on track. Zach Bauman had only 92 yards kudos to the UNC D on that but we continuesly shot ourselves in the foot with 3 turnovers and senseless penaltys on offense. Really it was more of what NAU didn't do and not what UNC did.
Good teams find a way to win even when they play as bad as we did today. Glad we got that out of our system.

Frat kid. UNC gave that game away. Just face it and move on. You frat kids are silly!!jacksdude0109 wrote:ya youre right, you guys won the game . let me just give the big sky a call and see if we can work this out for ya buddy.free7694 wrote:

I completely disagree. We are the ones who gave that game away. We kept your stud running back from getting even a 100 yards, even without our All-American line backer. It was more more of what NAU didn't do? Maybe it was too cold for you to really see the game? Btw, NAU is my 2nd favorite big sky team. Don't be an idiot fan and ruin that for me.JackParty wrote:Was at the game...a bit nippy in Greely today.

you sound like you're bragging about it. Crappy teams find ways to lose, good ones find ways to winBigSkyBears wrote:Frat kid. UNC gave that game away. Just face it and move on. Maybe for you, but not for the playoff selection committee.SuperHornet wrote:Well, for me, that would depend on just who the D-II team is. Of course, one would have to be a complete moron to schedule Grand Valley....
No. I hate losing. NAU is a very good team. However, I'm proud of UNC for hanging in the game. We're decimated with injuries (like many teams). We're playing without two all-americans and 4 starters on defense were out with injuries. Baumen has been chewing defenses up and we held him to under 100 yards. But you're right, it's still a L in column.oceanvue wrote:you sound like you're bragging about it. Crappy teams find ways to lose, good ones find ways to winBigSkyBears wrote:
