I don't like that we're going to end up playing SDSU again 2nd round. Not too worried about Wofford or New Hamsphire, Semi-finals would make for an exciting matchup if we get there.

Can't wait to get it going next Saturday, congrats to everyone who made it in!

ISU is undefeated on the road. Watch out Appy St!! :-)
Not buying Jay Walker saying we didn't deserve to get in, hell yes we did, so much so we got a bye!!

I love that the Bearkats should get to take out 3 Big Sky teams in a row on our way back to Frisco.

Essentially, the Cal Poly/NAU game was a play-in game. The winner (Cal Poly) goes on and the loser (NAU) goes home. The roles would have most likely been reversed if NAU wins the game.

So Illinois State finishes behind SDSU in the MVFC, yet I believe we got a much better draw than the Jacks!! Not that it's easy but we got a bye, then do not play #1

You had better hope the temps aren't around 10 degrees against MSU. I have seen too many warm weather teams totally fold in the cold.

Not even the warm weather teams. It gets cold in Portland in the winter but not THAT cold.

Look what happened to us in Bozeman.

Likely one and done for the OVC again.

#2 seed gets what looks to be a much easier first game than #1 seed does. What the heck is THAT? I see no rhyme nor reason for that. Sure as heck isn't because Wagner and Colgate are closer to Eastern Washington. Also think North Dakota State's bracket is a little tougher over all. Not much but a little.

It's nice to be seeded. I'd love to exact revenge on GSU, but let's take care of BCU/CCU first.

NDSU's defense vs. ODU's offense in the semifinals = orgasm.

It would be a fun game in Fargo! Let's take care of business first though.

agreed, but you guys got a crap draw as the #3. Stony Brook is no joke then SHSU.

Yeah they didn't do MSU any favors.

Surprised that Lehigh (10-1) and with a playoff win in each of the past two years, didn't get in.

I have the same complaint that I have every year. Seed the teams 1 through 20 and then tweak it a little bit to keep conference mates away from each other for as long a possible.

Seeding teams 1 through 5 and then using regions for the rest of the bracket makes for bad matchups.

Other than that, no real complains. I'm surprised that Stony Brook got in ahead of Lehigh, but that's not a huge snub.

Does the Patriot League have a rep on the committee?

I'm guessing no.

Wofford plays good defense and they have overall a more balanced option offense with fewer mistakes than GSU. That would be a pretty good matchup.

I was very surprised how NDSU's half of the bracket turned out. NDSU will almost certainly have the toughest first round game of the seeded teams by far. And overall that half of the bracket is without question tougher than EWU's half.
