Not quite.
The moral here is that you never stay in a hotel room directly above an indoor pool's natural gas heater, especially at a hotel that ignores an inspection mandate to improve ventialtion from said indoor pool's natural gas heater.

That the same deal. I was thinking an environmental issue as opposed to foul play. Gas leak, CO, etc.
