Has it been decided in ND? I welcomed UND to the BSC. I've been calling them the "Fightin' Who?" I remember back to Div II days. MSU played UND or NDSU most years. It is nice to see more BSC games on TV.

I was wondering, why does every clip have a team playing the Cats or the Griz, then it dawned on me...Every ROOT game last year had the cats or grizz in it.

If the question relates to the nickname for UND, yes and no. It has been decided Fighting Sioux is gone, but UND is not allowed to choose a new name until 2015.

Wrong. The real answer is:

Stadium (size, capacity & layout)
& Attendance.

Your average college fb fan wants to see:
giant stadiums packed with screaming fans.
Endzone seating packed with screaming fans.

Not:
empty big stadiums
small empty stadiums
small packed stadiums
less than 30k fans at an indoor venue
tracks around the field

Washington grizzly stadium & bobcat stadium on gameday make a good television product.
Jen-Weld does but only if its packed, and the Vikings don't pack it.

No other Big Sky stadium comes close to providing a QUALITY PRODUCT for a regionally televised game.

Not Quite, this year the Montana State/ Weber State game in Ogden is going to be on tv, I am pretty positive that 18,000 seat Stewart Stadium will not be full, so your basically getting a large empty stadium, with no endzone seating, and a track on tv. So yeah it is mostly because of Montana or Montana State

But unlike last year there are some non Montana's games that are going to be quite interesting

I get your point but they showed a clip of both Roos and UNC's field.

Televised sport is a business like any other, and televising Suc State games would not be a good business model. :coffee:

I didnt say ANYTHING about putting in another program! DID I?!?! FYI, Sac is in the vid for a brief second. It's just that there are teams other than Montucky and Montucky State in the conference.

Glad to see you removed the racist German phrase from beneath your avatar...

Sure seemed like a passive aggressive racist german phrase. Didnt call you one, just made referance to what you previously had under the avatar.

Well...I think Spanos looks pretty good on TV; as far as scenery I'd say it competes pretty well with most Big Sky venues. As co-champs you'd think they could have had a millisecond of a Cal Poly....for pete's sakes Portland State was all over it. :coffee:

It literally meant "Mr. Giant Dick". A bit crude, sure, but I'm having trouble seeing the racism in it. :?

And notice the ratings will be poor, COMPARED TO OTHER GAMES PLAYED AT WGS OR BOBCAT STADIUM.
