I turned it off. I didn't expect Colorado Mesa to do much on offense, but....I at least expected MSU to put up some big points.

Agreed, I left it on the golf channel after a few minutes into the second half, that's how bored I was.

No, they wouldn't. Bleskin was just taking it easy on Mesa, and Ash wanted to limit the playcalling.

Of course you have to see how the other teams do, but, there are those that believe you shouldn't drop after any win. I am not in that camp. I say drop them at least 2 spots. But obviously that is if the others do well.
I mean their offense only scored two TD's.

Classy and tasteful, as expected.

The worst part was that they preempted the Oregon Tennesse game for that piece of crap! I couldn't even get it on watch ESPN because it was supposedly on the local station in our area. Argh!

I logged in after three years just to vent about that.

Well..thought I would add a bobcat point of view. Cats fund not look crisp. Jake had some nice throws, but there was no flow to the game, and you could tell something was missing. I think our D could be very good, and have heard that McGhee could be back in about 2 weeks....Also I agree that video is terrible.

Haven't looked at the video and don't plan on seeing it. Sounds like it is pretty bad and gives us Cat fans another black eye which a lot of us do not deserve!

The game was a little weird, but I thought Jake Bleskin played well. 305 yards passing, two td's and spread the ball around fairly well. The best part to me was no turnovers. The defense is getting better each week. However, I was a little concerned with the running game. I know this was a funky defense we played, but they should have been able to run all over them. The only time the Cats went into their "up tempo" offense, they moved the ball really well. I have no doubt they will get the running game fixed and the offense will click even better under Bleskin.

Jake just needs to manage the games like he did while McGhee is out and the defense needs to keep playing like they have. They will beat SFA!

Honestly, this week will be the biggest test for you guys.

With McGhee, I had no doubt that you could keep up with SFA's offensive barrage.

Now? I dunno.

If Bleskin can't hold up under the pressure, this could be a tough week.
