Anybody else gameless on opening weekend?

Kind of depressing. McNeese State has 11 games scheduled for the upcoming season when it is allowed 12 and at this point is sitting out August 30.
Anybody else have that problem?

Northern Colorado is currently scheduled to not play until week 2 ( @UNLV Sept 6th)

It is my opinion that Montana opening with D2 Central Washington counts as gameless.

See to me that's an interesting game because, even though they've had three "off" years in a row, Central Washington is historically a Division II power that has given good I-AA/FCS teams all they want a number of times. Wouldn't be at all surprised if it's a very competitive game.
I wouldn't mind McNeese having a D2 to open if they didn't already have a D2 scheduled after their opener with Nebraska. But another D2 would be better than nothing, especially if it is a good D2 like a North Alabama, Valdosta State, or West Texas A&M. There's some risk to that but that kind of game can be very entertaining.
I would say West Alabama but their coach quit.

That's just like, your opinion man... CWU runs a good program and if they show up with their head in the game and Montana overlooks them, I'd put my money on CWU.

Ok I looked at the UNC schedule and if I'm seeing right the Bears also only have 11 games. Frankly I'd rather see McNeese play a Northern Colorado on the road rather than not see them play a 12th game. Obviously I'd rather see them play such a game at home but at this point I'd be OK with seeing them play it on the road.

they put up a decent game several years ago, but I find it hard to go to the expense of traveling from Washington to watch a d2 opponent when I'm shelling out $1000 for season tickets.

For how many tickets? Parking included?
