Lot of talk this week from some SoCon folks about the "Big Suck" Conference, aka the Big South (which dominated the SoCon in 2013).

Well, Presbyterian, the team that has finished near the bottom of the Big South, just beat defending SoCon Champion Furman. Yet another Big South win over a SoCon power.

**SoCon power Wofford needed a 4th quarter rally to put away Division 2 North Greenville.

For what its worth, the Big South teams went undefeated this week out of conference. Some will question the power of the teams, like Campbell. But one of our bottom teams, PC, beat the champ of the supposed best FCS league in the South in Furman. So....fun week!

It was a crazy week of upsets all over the place. CU-Pueblo? I have to admit I have been impressed by Monmouth thus far.

It's week 3. Let's not get too excited just yet.

And I'm glad PC beat Furple. Gives me false hope that we might have a chance of beating them in November.

that logo dates back to my childhood and it is awesome

I grew up
20 mins from Elon and even took classes there while i was in high school.

I liked the logo and mascot for its blatant uniqueness. they won a couple NAIA national championships as the Fighting Christians

I think they are now the phoenix at the behest of their growing yankee alumni base

It's mostly from the Citadel posters. VMI fans have zero room to talk shit. Watching them play is like watching retards hump a doorknob.

As far as I'm concerned the Big South established its credibility when Coastal Carolina went to Montana and beat the Griz in the playoffs while playing in single digit temperatures. Southern teams rarely go to Missoula at playoff time and beat the Griz. VERY rarely.

I would be willing to pay a reasonable amount of money for a shirt with that Elon logo on it. One of the best I've ever seen.
