He led the Jets in tackles last week. Hope he can keep it up.

I spent 3 days in North Dakota last week for work. Would've been much more fun had it been this week.

My first question would be, How was the service? :coffee:

Most people I know will time, unless the service is really really bad.

That is bad when a DB leads a team in tackles but it's shows he is not afraid to be in run support!!!!!

From what I've heard from people that I trust as being a witness...

There was some banter between the group and the waiter, but nothing personal and no more than any "good natured" banter anywhere else.

Oh....some NDSU fans also stole the "BEAT NDSU" flags that UNI had flying on the crosswalk leading to the dome over Hudson Rd....2 of them that were padlocked and zip tied to to the steel guard rails. They were cut free and taken...

Also witnessed by reliable source, that they were NDSU fans? I'm sure there are NDSU fans that would do this stuff, but I usually like to have a printed story to confirm, before I post a second hand story or rumor.

Well...it did come from Associate Athletic Director Steve Schofield...

and there were "threats" from NDSU fans to steal them during the week....

So....

It's not that I don't believe you, just like to see something in writing. I've heard a lot of stuff about UNI fans and players that I don't post, along with other schools. Just leave that for people like JBB or Lakes.

I'd file this (banner stealing) under dumb rivalry pranks.
similar to when someone painted a block M on the Michigan campus (Michigan State) Spartan green,
or when Wartburg and Luther have marked each others fields with opposing letters over the years.

I frequently pay dinner tabs with card and leave cash tip. I heard somewhere that service folks prefer cash tips.

Maybe this person made their statement and still didn't screw over the server.

If not fuck 'em. They lost anyway.

Most likely a ruse. NDSU fans are decent folks.
