The Florida State penalties are becoming evident and involve some scholarship loss and possible forfiets. The infractions are describe as "serious."

But do you notice no mention of TV or post-season sanctions like in the case of EWU (wherin the infractions were described as "minor")? Of course not, there is money involved in FSU TV and bowl games. The NCAA has no power to do anything that would impact BCS pocketbooks.

I noticed that disparity

That really is another example of how corrupt the NCAA is.

This could actually help EWU in their appeal.

It's interesting that this was handed down AFTER signing day. I feel bad for the kids that recently signed with the Criminoles. Free Shoes U has been cheating for years but the dad gummit they just couldn't bring themselves to punish good ole Bobby.

they should not be allowed TV or bowl games, but I know that won't happen

Penn St. is not as clean as many would like to think, either.

Nor is Texas, Southern Cal, Ohio St, or Oklahoma. Those schools have players and boosters that break the rules and yet the school goes unpunished.
