There were rumors this was going to happen a week or two ago. I was surprised they went with someone not connected to Bob Biggs 4 years ago, and I wonder if they'll look for someone connected to him this time.

I heard a rumor up here that the Aggies may take a look at former PSU coach Nigel Burton. My opinion, I think they can do better (I hope they can do better).

Be nice, Jal. Burton was an outstanding teammate and he'd be coming closer to home.

I heard a rumor up here that the Aggies may take a look at former PSU coach Nigel Burton. My opinion, I think they can do better (I hope they can do better).

I would hope they could do better, too. Everything I read suggested Burton was a total dickbag to his players, and not in a motivating way.

Helluva recruiter, just didn't know how to coach them. When PSU got a real coach to go with the talent Burton brought in, we turned into a damn fine team. Wherever he winds up, that school will have the talent, but can he coach them, that is the question.
