I think JMU takes this one in a cakewalk.
I'll go 41-21 JMU.
I'll go 41-21 JMU.

I pick JMU for the win.Possible shut out 35-0?????Kupp played well in defeat 10 grabs 180 yds 2 scores for EWU.JohnStOnge wrote:I think you have to favor JMU but i'm pulling for YSU. I love being able to say that, more often than not in the history of the FCS playoffs, a team from outside of the top 4 seeds has won the title. North Dakota State's run was starting to compromise that.
Plus, it just seems right for Youngstown State to win it. Also that JMU coach is kind of over the top with his speeches. A bit much.
Some of my fondest memories of HS football were certain pre-game speeches by the coaches. Football is a mental, physical, AND emotional game.JohnStOnge wrote: Also that JMU coach is kind of over the top with his speeches. A bit much.
Not if both starting safeties with 60 some starts betwween them, 1 a 1st team All MVFC, are still suspended..Gil Dobie wrote:As the season progressed, so did the YSU offense. I think their defense is a little better than NDSU's defense.
Their Dbacks did a little better than NDSU vs EWU. Bison had a couple big defensive players still in the game vs EWU too. Butkus list LB had a pick 6 against EWU and the starting defensive tackle was still playing. Not sure NDSU would have won without those 2 players in that game against the Eagles.BDKJMU wrote:Not if both starting safeties with 60 some starts betwween them, 1 a 1st team All MVFC, are still suspended..Gil Dobie wrote:As the season progressed, so did the YSU offense. Looks like the suspended YSU safties suspended for failing NCAA drug tests were just taking after their DC, Carl Pelini, who was fired from the FAU HC job in 2013 after being caught smoking pot and using blow in Boca RatonBDKJMU wrote:Not if both starting safeties with 60 some starts betwween them, 1 a 1st team All MVFC, are still suspended..Gil Dobie wrote:As the season progressed, so did the YSU offense. There's definitely a fire sale going on over at AGS. Not gonna lie, it warms my heart a bit.93henfan wrote:Wonder how many of the 10,000 NDSU fans with tickets will show up?
Sweet. Let me know how that site is going. Haven't been there in a couple of years.Grizalltheway wrote:There's definitely a fire sale going on over at AGS. Not gonna lie, it warms my heart a bit.93henfan wrote:Wonder how many of the 10,000 NDSU fans with tickets will show up?
Looks like they are all selling for near costs. JMU and YSU will have a good turnout in Frisco.Grizalltheway wrote:There's definitely a fire sale going on over at AGS. Not gonna lie, it warms my heart a bit.93henfan wrote:Wonder how many of the 10,000 NDSU fans with tickets will show up?

The stadium is under construction, and there are 5000 less seats available than last year. On AGS, the Bison fans appear to be selling all their tickets. JMU and YSU should be able to sell the place out.Bluehen95 wrote:wonder how many ndsu fans still make the trip. I do not think the ticket will be a very hot item on stub hub.

I think he's talking about the YSU TD on the back of the other Kupp.Mvemjsunpx wrote:Not according to the box score. http://bigskyconf.com/custompages/footb ... -17-16.htmRob Iola wrote: I thought Kupp had 11 grabs for 3 scores?
