Promising start to the season. Close loss to the BBQ validated by a road blow out of the SH hated SUU who should be replaced with School of Mines. Good QB play. Strong D. Sears and Wulff returning to Cheney.
Loads of good story lines here and not even a peep?

Stealing it from Diners, Drive ins, and Dives. BM fixings reduction for the sauce with cream cheese on burger (may switch that), and fried egg on top (I may have added that).
While I can't speak for SD, my Internet access is rather limited. Once I'm off my temp-to-hire and onto a permanent job, I hope to afford at-home Internet access again. Then I'll be chiming in every night.
That said, it's still VERY early. As noted in another thread, Sac has NOT visited the playoffs in the D-I era, and I don't expect that to change this season. I AM enjoying the wins, though. I have a friend who has been to a couple of games this year, and he's impressed. I hope he can swing me a ticket before the season is out.
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

You do realize we are the same person right?
Just kidding....I'll always be able to afford internet.
The surprise to me is the night and day turn around from last season. Largely the same players with the exception of a transfer QB. Defense moved from a 4-2-5 to a 4-3 which appears to be all the difference there. I don't think anyone expected this quality of play at this point in the season.

What are your thoughts on Cow Poly and the Manure Pile? Any good articles in The Bee?
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."
Oh no. I'm right. Good luck with your menstruation burgers. I pray the Montanans don't come down on you hard for not using Clamato and Bloody Caesars instead.

I thought about that but Caesar burger sounds like something with dressing, anchovies, and Parmesan. Hmmm...might have to make Caesar salmon burgers too.

Thanks, Tiger Andy!
I'm here to help, Buttfucker!

I'm disappointed in Cow Poly so far this year, but they have a chance to turn it around this coming weekend. I'm not sure what to think of the Manure Pile yet, but I'll ALWAYS vote against them even if they're 10-0 going into the last week of the season. Sac-UCD is just like Cal-Stanford, Michigan-OSU, Harvard-Yale, Dallas-Washington, SF-LAD, NY-BOS, and Lodi-Tokay.
