Hill, 42, is in his fourth season as the head coach of the Wildcats and this year has led Weber State to its best season ever. The Wildcats have won a school-record 11 wins and won two games in the FCS Playoffs for the first time ever. Hill also led Weber State to a the Big Sky Conference title and a top-10 national ranking.
This year's Wildcat team is 11-2 heading into the quarterfinals of the playoffs at No. 1 James Madison on Friday. The Wildcats also had 17 players earned All-Big Sky honors, including a league-best eight on the first team.
Hill currently has a 26-22 overall record at Weber State and is 20-12 in Big Sky Conference games. He currently has the best winning percentage in WSU history in conference games and has the second-highest overall winning percentage.
He has guided Weber State to three-straight winning seasons and over the last three seasons has an overall record of 24-12 and is 18-6 in Big Sky games.
