Why do NDSU fans not like to fly? MSP (DL hub and where I assume is the largest chunk of NDSU alumni) to DFW nonstop not that expensive, no? Sure as heck beats 28-30 hours round trip driving..

There are a lot of people flying. Some just go to tailgate and party and don't even go to the game. See that at lot at home games. Some remain in the tailgate lot and watch the games on TV, others head home to watch. Others drive to Frisco, and head to Arizona for a vacation afterwards. See a lot of Bison fans saying they have seats on the JMU side. There are a lot of fans that don't have this App to track them.

JMU has that too at home games. People who drive 1 to 3 hours, drink for 4-8 hours (before, during, and sometimes after the game, then drive 1-3 hours home). That's not a fan, that's an alcoholic. Spending all that time and $$ not to go to the main event..Just don't get it..

Gil Dobie wrote:NDSU will have revenge on their mind, and will put up a good fight. JMU might be a 1 or 2 TD favorite, as NDSU lost it's 2 cornerbacks and another running back in the Sam Houston game. Down to the #2 and #6 backs from season start. Had 2 defensive injuries last year too, and it hurt at LB and D-Line. They are back, but a similar scenario, unless the backups can get up to speed in 3 weeks. Maybe Cox can play Cornerback too.
That goes without saying the Bison will definitely have payback from last season on the brain question is how what gameplan will they come up with to win will they come out smoking from the jump via the air or just run the ball down the throats of the Dukes.

Too bad they can't raise the prices in cases like this.

JMU’s 14 wins already ties with last year for most in school history. If JMU loses it will still be their 3rd best season in school history. If JMU plays well and that happens, I can live with that.

And of course if JMU wins, it will be the best season in school history, and would become only the 4th team in I-AA history to go 15-0 (off the top of my head think it was 1989 GSU, 1996 Marshall, 2013 NDSU). JMU would become the 1st to go 15-0 vs an all Div I schedule.

Only the 4th time 1 vs 2 seed.

NDSU
-Winners of 5 of last 6 NC
-95-8 over the last 7 seasons
-7 straight over I-A, 6 straight over Big 10/Big 12

vs
JMU
-Defending Nat Champs
-Winners of 26 straight

Greates NC game ever kicks off in 1 hour!

Both cornerbacks playing, RB Brooks not dressed. WR Cain warming up with Dbacks, was a top Dback recruit from Florida.

How durable is the Stick fellow, Gil? He's taking a bruising so far.

I mean, he's named after a baseball bat, but still.
