I don't believe NDSU ever bought themselves out of a home and home. Montana St did that to the Bison once. This game is not a home and home contract.

I think its pretty clear that NDSU will rarely if ever travel to FCS OOC competitions.

Teams should just refuse anything other than H&H agreements. They can pay DIIs to come up there for one-offs.

NDSU went into Georgia Southern, Montana, SIU, N Colorado and Montana St without getting a return game. Montana St bought out the return game. If NCAT wanted a Home and Home, they would have gotten a Home and Home. They decided to take the money instead. The Bison have had a lot of Home and Home's. In 17 FCS seasons, 14 FCS OOC road games. Also during that time they played 12 FBS Games, going 9-3. Have your AD call them up for a home and home.

JMU never gets a quality OOC for a one and done. NC A&T would fit this bill. 22-2 over the last 2 seasons, including wins last season over ECU and JSU. Don’t know. Nowadays JMU is maybe offering 100k ballpark to the bussable cupcakes (Basically non scholly PFL Morehead St, several 46? scholly NEC, and an occasional MEAC (Morgan St this year)). I wish they would put up 200k range for more quality, bussable, one and dones (or 250k range to fly someone).

The 1 for 1s that had since 2014 with Lehigh (small private) and Norfolk St, should have been 1 and dones or at worst 2 for 1s. Makes no sense to do a 1 for 1 with a schools you have 3x to 3 1/2 times the attendance of.
