Anything lower than 5-7 or higher than 8-4 would definitely surprise me.

EWU - 10-2

Too much talent in the Big Sky to run the table. Most likely losses @ UW, @ JSU, @ da Griz.

NDSU 7-5, young team will lose early and often, then win out the late easier, but not easy portion of the schedule.

Somewhere between 8-4 and 10-2.

I think UNC Tarheel game is definitely winnable as is possibly the U So.Carolina game. Playing @ Troy makes me a bit nervous, but having GaSo in Boone helps. Loads of returning talent, just an untested new coaching staff is the biggest wild card for me.

Delaware, 9-3, I'm pretty much an optimist.

Bison could be 3-3 at the halfway point riding a 3 game losing streak to UCDavis, ILL State and UNI.

In the second half they could go 4-2 with a probable loss to SDSU in the hotly contested Marker DCC game.

That's 7-5 and a play-off birth. They might get a game in Fargo but it's 2010 all over again.

Last time the Bison were in this situation - new coach, new QB and some critical SR losses - they went 15-0 for the National title. That was 2013 and the Title game saw Towson face off with the Herd. Kansas State also took a shot at the Bison to the dismay of their players and fans.

So, you never know.

Sac State 8-3

8-4 and will beat either Furman or Wofford

Sac State - somewhere between 2-10 and 4-8.

JMU 10-2/7-1. Lose close ones @ The Couchburners & @ SBU (end of tough 3 game road stretch).
Seed, lose semis, 12-3 overall.

First, they play 12 games, maybe you're thinking they will have one cancelled again this year?

They are coming off a 2-8 season and I understand have a new coach.

They also play Arizona State and Fresno State, so unless you think they will win one of those, they are going to go 9-1, 8-2 with the rest of the schedule?

Southern Utah- 4-8 It’s a rebuilding year and a tough schedule.

7-5 if a few things go right. 6-6 or 5-7 sounds more realistic, though. 10 out of the 12 coaches on staff are new, a beat up offensive line to start the season, late departures/transfers, five tough road games.....that's too much to expect a playoff push.
