I went through most of the non-conference (still some NC games left on the docket) and came out at 42-4, each week missing one. Here is my attempt at perfection this week in the conference.

CP at SUU---The Mustangs had two weeks to prepare for the conference slate and they start on the road. The Thunder birds probably wish they would have had two weeks to prepare, especially after last week...CP 31, SUU 14.

North Dakota at EWU---The Eagles need to find some way to at least hold the opposition in check so that the offense can somehow win these games. Their first "conference" game is not easy but at least it is at home...EWU 38, North Dakota 35.

UI at UNC---The Vandals have come a long way in a short time and looked great last week. The Bears, however, could not win a game when they were practically handed it to them. Road team win here...UI 17, UNC 10.

UM at UCD---A great conference matchup to start. The Grizzlies who are historically near the top every year and the newcomer Aggies looking to make a name for themselves. Great way to start the season...UCD 31, UM 21.

NAU at MSU---As long as the defense can hold the opponents down and give their potent offense a chance, the Lumberjacks will have a shot. The Bobcats, however, have got things rolling at a good time...MSU 28, NAU 14.

PSU at ISU---Past history would indicate a shootout here, but the Vikings defense has held good teams down and gave their offense a chance, while the Bengals defense is trying to do the same. Do they find an offense here?...PSU 28, ISU 20.

Northern Iowa at WSU---Northern Iowa completes their sojourn through the Big Sky with this trip to meet the Wildcats. Have their previous two Big Sky contests prepared them for that strong Wildcat defense?...WSU 21, Northern Iowa 17.

EWU 42, Sioux 0 (The Eagles on the comeback trail.)
Griz 56, Manure Pile 3 (Yes, I'll admit that this is one of two games picked purely out of spite.)
PSU 28, Bungles 0
Cow Poly 24, SUU 8 (This is the other one, of course.)
NAU 24, Kitties 21
Idalol 21, UNC 0
BBQ 43, UNI 43 OT

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

UCD -6; Montana 31-45 Davis — Both teams have strong passing attacks, but Davis has the better pass D
    5 Dimes: UCD -7, O/U 59.5, mythical score UCD 33.5-25.5

FROM GAM FOOTBALL FCS, JUST OFF THE WIRE:
    UM -7, O/U 55; Mythical score Montana 31-24
There may be a miss match in favor of Montana in the passing game. UM avgs 329 yds/game UCD gives up 209. If Montana breaks through 209 it could be an avalanche to 329 and a few TDs. Should be a very good game, equal match-up overall, Montana defense is just a little too stingy
This represents a miss pricing opportunity. 5 Dimes believes UCD is 7 points better. The GAM indicates Montana is 7 points better. 5 Dimes will give you $100 on $120 and give you Montana +7. That's a 14 point reversal on Montana. Their defense stopped a powerful Duck offense 5 times. They hit, cover, plug holes and rush the QB very well. Just like the Bison almost.

5 Dimes will also give you $210 on a $100 bet if Montana wins straight out, the in-line. This is a miss pricing. The GAM shows Montana with more than enough to beat UCD on the field and on the score board.

The over/under is a little too close to call, the indicator is under but the margin of error is small. We dont recommend taking this bet but we think it goes under.

The Golden Arm hasn't called in anything yet. Still in conference with GAM Headquarters.
Dear Lord, We come before you and humbly ask you to grant our prayer for a veil of protection to be placed over Donald Trump. May your will be done. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

9/28/19: Down on Montana to win $100 collects $110 we put down $200.

Pretty equally matched expect a hard fought, close game.

Also took Montana 6.5, all you can get this morning. $110 collects $210.

To watch looks like you have to join an a ATT tv network similar to SLING.

FOOTBALL FINAL: UMT 45 UCD 20.

The amazing powers of the GAM are a wonder indeed! Thank you! :notworthy:

U of I vandalizes the Bears, much to my chagrin

      Bobcats eat the Lumberjacks

      Aggies wound the Griz

Bengals pounce on Vikings, low scoring defensive battle

Hawks knock Eagles out of sky.

      Wildcats narrowly defeat Panthers

      Mustangs dry hump T birds

They certainly weren't yesterday. That being said, the Griz pass-D stats on the season still aren't good (143.4 efficiency rating allowed).

Yesterday's game was certainly a good performance by the Griz, but Davis would've gotten their asses kicked if they'd played like that in Fargo last week (Dalton Sneed effectively said as much in the postgame). I expect UM to beat Idaho State this week, of course, but I expect a more motivated effort from ISU since—if nothing else—Rob Phenicie is a lunatic & Mike Ferriter seems to desperately want revenge against Hauck for not retaining him.
