Villanova's even more overrated than Furman. I mean… when I think of "top-10," I think of a team with 2 losses to non-playoff teams, no real notable wins, and a non-conference schedule that consisted of 3 Patriot League teams (and not the playoff one) and winless Long Island. Their resume isn't really any better than Albany's, yet they rank 17 spots higher than the Danes in the STATS poll. SELU isn't a great team, either, especially since they backed their way in after a tragic fumble against Nicholls. I'll go with the Lions entirely because they're at home.

I didn't see anything on the replay. Maybe a bogus call. Then Smith throws incomplete into double coverage down the middle.

Smith hits a RB on a drop down route at the 50. Time out for a SELA injury.

Another check down route leaves Nova with about 4th and 7 with all the marbles on the line.

A pressured Smith overshot the home run ball on 4th and 9 to turn it over on downs. Looks like a SELA win....

Villanova coach was going off on SOMEONE after the final gun. Not sure what THAT was about....

Was a complete horseshit call.

Was about the BS offensive pass interference call that negated the VU TD.

VU lost the game on a blown call by the backjudge..multiple boards, saw a couple doz people say was a bad call, not a single poster who defended it..

Both teams defenses suck, cover 1100 yds offense combined, and either would lose next week anyway. In fairness to VU, who gave up 474 passing, (I didn't start watching until mid 3rd qtr) commentators said they were missing 2 starters secondary, and lost 2 more secondary during the game, so by 3rd qtr were out half their 2 deep secondary.
