A number of those buck 90 to 220 kids are tall with frames that can handle another 70-100 lbs. if they add that type of weight they become OL - often tackles. If they don’t they become TE’s, DE’s, and occasionally LB’s. I think they recruit the frame and growth potential as much as position.89Hen wrote:Gil Dobie wrote:253

No, you will get caught thru testing. A fullback was suspended for testing positive for higher levels of caffine, a couple years ago.dal4018 wrote:Is there any truth to this??????89Hen wrote: That and steroids.

Absolutely Gil. Hard work, dedication to fundamentals, good diet and good spiritual health has always made the Bison go.Gil Dobie wrote:Good old fashion weights and nutrition.89Hen wrote: That and steroids.
Learning the fundamentals of the game means things like blocking, tackling, ball handling and having the defense set up for all contingencies on 4th down including fake punts.
It all starts with top notch coaches operating in a successful system.

The article says nothing about caffeine. I'll take your word for it, though, Gil. That's a crappy thing for the NCAA to do, though. I've never heard of anyone intentionally injecting caffeine directly into their bloodstream or taking caffeine pills. That pretty much leaves only drinking too much soda, coffee, and/or tea, right? Bogus....

Delaware had zero NLI's. They saw that Rocco wasn't fired yet and decided they'd rather play for a winner.

Re: 2020 Football Signing Class Early Period
Around the 2008 season there was a shoplifting ring among some Bison players. Coach Bohl was ruthless in his discipline dismissing players from the system, protecting the culture at NDSU and restoring the teams cohesiveness. With the incident Gil has mentioned we may have seen a bad apple ejected from the program. Testing is extensive and no other players have been reported to be involved.kalm wrote:So the Bizon are into crystals and meditation? I knew it.JBB wrote:
