Why Do We Not Have Updated FCS Rankings?

Sure, it's all teams east of the Mississippi playing right now (and not even all of them). But some of those teams are doing fairly well, and should be rewarded with rankings. If the bogus FBS can be ranked right now without the stupid Big Ten and Pac-12, the FCS should be ranked too, albeit without the Big Sky and with the MVFC just joining the fray this past week. NDSU had a pretty good result, even if they didn't play up to their normal standards....

Something like 80% of the FCS isn't playing and there's no championship this fall. There's a spring season that will happen with most of FCS playing, with a championship. There's no polls right now because there's no FCS right now. Wait till the spring.

Early season rankings are pointless in a regular year. This year it would be just dumb.

No, and you obviously don't pay attention to Hens fans. We always rank them lower than anyone else.

Heck, is Andy implying there are only going to be two FCS teams in the spring? The Hens haven't won a playoff game in a decade, why would anyone rank them that high, if at all? We're basically like a Towson team now, just with better uniforms.
