Best Chance: Jackson State at NE Louisiana

The BSC stands a pretty good shot (assuming certain personnel issues are straightened out) as both Cal and Arizona are struggling at 0-2. Incarnate Word at SW Texas State is also a pretty good matchup. I also like Delaware at Rutgers, which has NEVER done anything for the league that can't count other than make them look like the Sun Belch. The others will probably be FBS-sided blowouts....

NC State lost a couple of starters to injuries. Maybe Furman has a chance to keep it close.

No idea how most of these teams on the other side of the country have been playing. That said I'll take Delaware over Rutgers.

The Big Sky teams I've followed and I'll give Sac State a 1 in 5 chance for the upset. Hope they pull it off but don't bet the farm.

No matter how poorly the Arizona Wildcats have been playing, Northern AZ has about 1 in 100 chance in Tucson.

Yeah, no. 40+ pt win for Rutgers. Delaware's entire objective is to keep Henderson out of the ICU. The OL is a sieve.

There's no way Rutgers wins that game....

Not that it means anything this year. but it's fun to read. :D

Join us September 16 for a pre-game tailgate before the Furman Paladins take on the North Carolina State Wolfpack for the first time since 1985. In the last clash between the teams, Furman triumphed 42-20, and still leads with an impressive 8-4-4 record against NC State.

Whatever you say, Chief!

The game is in New Jersey and Schiano's Italian, so maybe he's "feeling a little pressure" not to cover, but I still don't see Delaware keeping it close.

In a normal NAU year they'd probably have a good shot at UofA this year. The Wildcats are a total dumpster fire...unfortunately it looks like NAU is as well.

Cal is coming into our game 0-2. They'll be pissed and looking to score a lot of point. I have our game as a rout in Cal's favor.

Let it be known, the University of Montana also beat the Washington Huskies in their last clash.

This brings the Grizzlies record up to 2-19-1 versus the University of Washington. First win since 1920. :(

On the other hand, what Furman has accomplished is VERY impressive. Good luck you crazy Palladins

SDHornet, that's exactly how I view the Northern AZ game too. Another Lumberjack team might have a hope. Not this year's version.

Hope the Cal Bears don't take their frustrations out on your guys. Good luck. Give em hell.

I’m going with 1-1 Murray State at 0-2 Bowling Green. That one may be close, if not a scalp.
