One more week for most of the teams in the conference, although a few will play on in the playoffs. Rivalry week means the Brawl of the Wild, the Causeway Classic and the Potato Bowl, but no Dam Cup this week. These crazy rivalries means that you can throw out the records and just go with your gut in most cases. I come into the final week at 71-17. If I go perfect this week that will be a feat. Here are my predictions for the games this weekend. Good luck to everyone.

CP at WSU---The Mustangs haven't quit playing and took advantage of playing against a slumping team last week for a win. The Wildcats are in a slump as well and it is unclear how ambitious they will be playing this game. The Mustangs could get this game, but the Wildcats are better on paper and it is at their place...WSU 27, CP 23.

EWU at NAU---Offense was never the problem for the Eagles this season and they don't look like they will slow down. In order to make the playoffs, the Lumberjacks need this game and then hope they did enough. They should be able to score on the Eagles defense, like everyone has done, but will it be enough?...NAU 40, EWU 35.

UNC at PSU---The Bears have one more game on paper, but they have looked like they've quit on the season in the past two weeks. It is hard to imagine, but the Vikings enter this game as the favorite for the first time all season, and they would like to get a win and prepare for next year. Vikings take out some frustration...PSU 38, UNC 17.

UI at ISU---The Potato Bowl. The Vandals have a playoff berth sewn up and want to use this game as a tuneup. The Bengals are a worthy opponent and up for the challenge of facing their rivals, and would like to send the Vandals to the playoffs knowing who is the boss. Vandals have enough but it should be tight...UI 30, ISU 23.

UCD at SAC---The Causeway Classic. The Aggies also have a playoff berth and would like to get a seed so they want this game. The Hornets have lost their mojo, but would love to end the season with a win over their playoff bound enemy. Even at home, the Aggies should have no problem against the slumping Hornets...UCD 31, SAC 17.

UM at MSU---The Grizzlies feel like they've done enough to make the playoffs and they most likely have. But the Bobcats are putting together an undefeated season and the Grizzlies would like to give the Bobcats their first loss. The bitter rivalry involves two top teams in the conference, but the Bobcats should win...MSU 38, UM 21.

NoCo 20-45 Portland St.Bruce Barnum rides off into the sunset (I assume? :? ) with by far his easiest test of the year

Davis 41-21 Sac State — If you take out the Troy Taylor years, the Hornets are 4-16 in the Causeway this century

Idaho 42-31 Idaho St. — It's always a good sign when you have to break in a new defensive coordinator in the final week of the season

Cal Poly 21-31 WeblolThe October 5th. upset in Missoula couldn't possibly end up as Weber's last win of the season… right? :?

EWU 31-38 NAUBoth teams seem to be peaking right now, but I'll go with the Walkup Skydome and its home team seeking their first playoff bid in 7 years

Montana 17-42 Montana St.UM was blown out in its last 2 trips to Bozeman, so, um… prove me wrong, Griz :?
