The point is Sacramento State hasn’t built that stadium yet. It seems like CSUS saw an opportunity, and did everything they had to do, on paper, to get approved for their FBS transition. I think CSUS could’ve attracted an FBS Conference Invite easier if they had built their promised stadium first before they began officially negotiating Invites. That I would agree with, BF.
