Nice. What color are the pants?
I'd like to see it be white on white and silver with the green.
(naturally they're tight and muscle hugging

)

Don't believe so. The one logo still says Sioux so maybe they compromised on that for now.

UND is still the Fighting Sioux, at least until October 1st. UND has until that date to secure a 30 year agreement with both the Standing Rock and Spirit Lakes tribes in order to continue the use of that name.
This date came from the State Board of Higher Education.
Board of Higher Education Directs UND to Begin Retiring Nickname and Logo
It looks as though the Standing Rock tribe will be changing leadership. They have an election coming up in September and the person who had the most votes in the primary is pro Sioux nickname. With the possibility that there could be a change in the position from Standing Rock, Grant Shaft from the SBoHE said that the Oct. 1st deadline wasn't a hard deadline and could be moved.
Keeping the name looks dim, but there is still a glimmer of hope.
BTW, I like the new interlocking ND better than the old. Who is this Notre Dame of whom you speak?
