The cost is $62 million... up from the original $52 million. The state is fronting $42 million and the university is contributing $10 million through donations. I can't seem to find all the numbers now, but that's what I recall, I'm sure some more astute JMU fan will come on here and correct me if I'm wrong as it has been discussed ad nauseum elsewhere.

hey with that stadium maybe you could host the NC game......

One thing I noticed though, with the weight those lighting fixtures have to hold, I think you'll need more than one pole on them. That pole, however, will put the cost over the edge meaning the whole thing will have to be scrapped.
