According to the article, Liberty set SCHOOL records for low opponent score and low opponent shooting percentage. There was no word on if this set conference or NCAA records. Given that the previous game was a loss to Gardner-Webb, this was a GREAT way to bounce back.

The article also noted that one player became the 50th in program history to reach the 500-pt plateau.

any chance ull be at ANY of LU's home games this yr?! you've GOTTA check out the new stadium in person. i just dontthink pictures will do it justice!!! and i IMAGINE if it broke any conference or ncaa records it woulda said it but who knows!!!

Living in Cali, I probably won't make any hoops games this year. I DO plan on being in Williams Stadium 15 May for my graduation, though. I'm also considering going to grad school at Liberty, which COULD make me an on-campus student. In that case, I would at least offer myself to the football team as a GA. I'd dearly love that.

TCU held Texas Southern to 16 in a 76-16 rout 30 DEC 2002.

Apparently, the NCAA doesn't keep records of single-game defensive field goal percentage. Doesn't seem the Big South keeps these records at all. I guess low defensive score is just a tad esoteric for them.
