To Montana fans...

Post by ∞∞∞ »

Blaine Taylor, your boy from Montana just became the all-time winningest coach in ODU's history last night in a 49-34 win over Northeastern. It was his 199th win, and one that also broke the record for fewest points allowed at the Ted Constant Center.
This was vintage ODU under Taylor. Not always pretty. But effective.

Just to list a few of his accomplishments here:

3 NCAA Tournaments (1 NCAA win...first for ODU since 1995)
2 CAA Tournament Championships
2 CAA Regular Season Championships
NIT Final Four
CIT Championship
5 straight post-season appearances

So to Montana, thank you! And GO MONARCHS!!!

It's funny how all of our UM football coaches generally crash and burn after they leave, and yet our basketball coaches are successfull EVERYWHERE

So will he plunk down $200 cash for the player that gets the winning basket for #200? ;)

Except for Pat Kennedy…

How does he still have a job at Towson? Are their expectations really that low?

As for the football coaches, they always tend to take jobs at schools that have no chance of consistent success regardless of who the coach is (Utah St., Wyoming, UNLV).

The mere mention of that fat worthless bastard Pat Kennedy makes me ill. I could not have been happier when he left & was replaced by Krysko.
