Except their basketball teams don't have the injury excuse.

Which makes it all the more surprising, especially when they have a player like Geno Crandall.

Strong finish to the 1st half by the Hornets, then they no show and Griz roll to an easy win. First Hornet loss to montucky in the Nest in 3 years. :ohno:

4 years. The last Griz win in Sacto was the final overall win of the Tinkle era.

Viks get a big win over Montana State, 93-74. Now they welcome Montana to the "rental home". That should be a good one.

The rental home actually looks nicer than the original home, though obviously not as nice as the new home will be. Too bad the game has to be in the afternoon.

I'm just hoping we can get some people over the flu. Hollins, Farris and Orme all missed the Cat game due to illness. Hollins didn't even make it to the game and Farris had a mask on him. Doesn't look good. :ohno:

Tough loss at the rental house for the Viks, losing to the Griz 92-89. It was truly and exciting and entertaining game. The Griz are tough and good. Viks surely missed Hollins out there. Hopefully he can get better before the ISU game.

Griz clearly are the real deal, the best in the conference so far.

I admit I don't follow basketball nearly as closely as football but this Griz team seems to be off to a pretty exciting start.
