Sac State brought in a coach from D2 (some school in West VA) that averaged over 90 points/game. Looks like he is going to be a perfect fit. Should be interesting once we get the events center up for both Hornet programs.Mvemjsunpx wrote:

So the former coach had a more defensive mentality and a half court style of play???SDHornet wrote:Sac State brought in a coach from D2 (some school in West VA) that averaged over 90 points/game. It isn't on espn (or their online stream) that I can see.Gil Dobie wrote:Is Montana televised tonight?
just read this in the comments section of espn's preview of the game:
Love it how we B1G fans have our own network, yet the gophers games are never on! You'd think they'd set it up so whatever state your in, you get to see YOUR team play. It's ridiculous! First we miss the. First quarter of the IU game and instead have to sit through NEB v NU. Now we don't get the chance to see our boys battle Montana. The BTN is a shame!!!!

Anybody have the line on how many times the Griz get out rebounded this year? Could it be every game?

Upset alert: NAU leads USC by 7 in the second half.
Re: Big Sky Basketball - 2013-14
This is fun. Given the fact that NAU lost their top scorer a few days ago, this is a good sign that this team won't quit.Mvemjsunpx wrote:Upset alert: NAU leads USC by 7 in the second half.

NAU down 3 with 8 seconds left. Their offense went dormant for most of the second half. USC's horrible free throw shooting has kept them in it, though.
USC wins by 4.

As expected Hornets were steamrolled by UCLA 86-50. Hornets had plenty of open looks from the perimeter but couldn't make anything (7/30 from 3, 6 were made by Garrity). That 5 year deal for Katz is looking better and better as this season progresses.
