The announcers on the PAC12 network were really surprised at how good MSU played, and I believe Steve Laven said he would be shocked if we aren't one of the Top teams in the Big Sky this year...I feel really good about where this team is going.

A lot of interesting matchups here. It was a solid day for the Big Sky women, not so much for the men. What else is new?

Expanding on this… the men's Big Sky ranks a dreadful 29th. in the RPI, only coming in ahead of the Big South and the HBCUs. The women's Big Sky, on the other hand, is a respectable 19th. Imagine how high that would be if the Lady Griz were having a typical year.
