Brackets are typically organized by who the favorites are. The #1-seed is expected to play the #4-seed, the #2-seed is expected to play the #3-seed, etc. 4 of the 6 worst teams are on the other side, but none of them are expected to get past the quarterfinals anyway.
Maybe I’m just pissed that all PSU has to do to get Montana again is beat an underperforming WSU team.

Viks are 0-6 all time against Weber in the tournament so there is no guarantee we'll get there. And I'm sure Griz Nation will join with Weber Nation and drown out all 10 of us Vik fans who will be there.

I'm guessing Jack Murphy is more likely to get fired than not—they've improved, but probably not enough. I figure Brian Katz & Brian Fish have done just enough to survive, though yet another game-1 exit for the Bobcats could still doom Fish.
Katz has one more year on his contract and I have yet to see or hear anything that shows it extends beyond '19-'20. Not sure how Orr will look at it, but I'm good with a change. I'd only be open to extending Katz contingent on him making a major coaching staff overhaul (basically everyone except Laird being replaced).
Jace Henderson should've been first team, but I don't really have any other gripes. Also, Savannah Smith's near-monopoly on the POTW award was not enough to offset the fact her team finished second.

MSU hasn't won a Playoff game since the tourney went to all teams invited...They lost 2 years ago to Southern Utah in triple overtime when the Cats were 6th, and SUU was 11th...Cats REALLY needed to win this past weekend, and get a bye...
the Last time MSU won a playoff game was in 2009...They beat UM in the first round, then beat #1 seed Weber in the semis, before losing to Portland State in the Championship...
Last time the Cats won a Playoff game, my son was starting preschool....He gets his drivers license in a year, and is dating actual girls now...

It is great being an overall Bobcat fan...Basketball on the other hand. . Bobcats also now have 2 outdoor gyms they just opened last week...

I don't really have a gripe with Davis getting MVP. NoCo didn't quite win the league, but he was clearly the best overall player all season—he was basically Tyler Hall plus a boatload of assists.
There seems to be a lag effect on these things. I thought Linder was more deserving last year than he was this year, and I think DeCuire may have been more deserving in 2015 than he was last year.
