Unfortunately, I'm afraid you're both going to be upset this year. It seems Roy Williams has assembled yet another great team. I'm just hoping my Demon Deacons can keep them down.

Albany got destroyed last night by Syracuse.
Danes had 20 turnovers in the first half. Can't win bball games that way.

Yes, but it's only an auxiliary group that was added after the Duke loss to VCU. The only positive outcome of a Duke/UNC game would be an earthquake opening up the earth beneath the court that swallows both teams and all of their fans into a bottomless chasm.
And I can never figure why people think I'm mean.

I don't know about that. JMU and ODU in the same club. Between baseball, soccer, field hockey, basketball, etc. etc., there might be too many days that we would negatively effect the solidarity of the club. Maybe we should just return to our corners and wait until January 6th.

WKU lost to LSU 71 - 60 in last night's game. Next week should be interesting to see who's coming to Diddle Arena for the next 3 games.

UNI has only played one game and beat Denver 71-65.
They play the first round of the Paradise Jam Friday against DePaul. Possible match ups with Tennessee and a rematch with Purdue from the first round of the tourney last year.
Here is the bracket

Wanna give it up to triple infinity... his Monarchs did bad, bad things to my Flames in Lynchburg tonight. 32 point win, our leading scorer went 5-21, and things were just bad.

The Western Kentucky Lady Toppers goes to (3 - 0) on the season with a 81 - 75 win over South Dakota State Lady Jacks in Brookings, SD!!! Amy McNear scores a career high 28 in the victory!! The Lady Toppers are to be feared in the Sun Belt, we're back.
Their two previous victories was home win vs. Eastern Kentucky and @ Ball State.
Next game is Thanksgiving Day against Duke in the Caribbean Challenge in Cancun, Mexico and then Arkansas Lady Razorbacks on Friday. Let's go Tops!!!

In their pod of the Preseason NIT, they win by one to Cal State Northridge 68 - 67 and then lose by one to Indiana State 65 - 64 on a WKU foul with .1 seconds left. Bullshit!!!

WKU drops to (2 - 2) on the young season.

Stony Brook just hit 5-1 with a 19pt win over Lehigh. All 5 wins were by double digits, only loss to an undefeated Rhode Island team

Hey there Redwyn! Good to see you over here.
Much to my shigrin, Stony Brook is looking good. It would be nice for them to open that new arena next year coming off an NCAA appearance.
Albany is looking like a team with 8 freshman playing. We had a close loss to UCF and then couldn't hold on against FAU, who was lights out from 3.
Huge game this weekend against Siena. The annual Albany Mayor's Cup. Probably one of the few mid-major bball games in the country that routinely pulls in around 15,000.
No matter what its always a great game too. The last few years have included a few OT and last-second wins, all but 1 for Siena, who has definitely had the upper hand.

That's incredible! I think people at SBU would faint if they ever saw 15000 show for a game, considering we can't even hold that many in the stadium! Siena's a very tough team this year, deserving every vote its been getting in the MId Major polls. A win there would be a great statement game for Albany and the AE as a whole.

Liberty with a win over Chuck South tonight in Lynchburg, the Flames are off to a 1-0 start in conference play, which, sadly, ties a school record for the best start to conference play. Evan Gordon, little brother of NBA'er Eric, had his best game as a Flame, pouring in 21 with 8 boards as a starter at point guard.
Big game against Coastal on Saturday night. A 2-0 start to conference means we probably only need to get 5 or 6 more wins to be in the hunt for a home playoff game.
