Xavier is prohibitive favorite...
URI and Dayton - Both teams had high expectations, played very well until hitting big bumps in the road...can they come back in the tourney?
UMass - was pre-season pick for 8th...has done better with an inexperienced, but talented team...can they hold on in the tourney?
Temple - Always dangerous...but not on any "experts" radar for an NCAA tourney bid because of lack of OOC RPI strength

Richmond was trounced by St. Joe's 61 - 47 this afternoon...

The fourth seed is out...

UMass is the second seeded team eliminated, as Charlotte stuns the Minutemen 69 - 65

Temple plays Charlotte in the second semi-final tonight.

Crap, that really pisses me off.....they can beat the big guys...but whn it comes to the games they should win,...... :cry: :cry:

The Big Dance is now very doubtful in my minds, despite the excellent RPI...

Looks like the NIT for a second year in a row..... :cry:
