"Rundles was battling a Furman player for possession when the ball went out of bounds into the student section. The call was that Rundles had touched it last. The man of a thousand faces stood there for awhile and whatever he said cracked everybody up.
“What happened over there was fun,” Rundles said in the postgame radio interview with Mark Hauser and Thom Henson on 1400. “I thought the ball was out on him. Of course, they thought it was out on me. The ref called it out on me. I thought maybe I could stir something up with the crowd because it was kind of dead in here.”
