EWU won a conf title before this guy in '04 BEFORE STUCKEY.

His recruiting of Glen Dean & Jeffrey Forbes likely saved his job.

They had no talent when he got there (right after Rodney Stuckey declared for the draft).

ewu was LEGIT when they had ray giocoletti (current Zag assistant). giacoletti got EWU to the big sky conf tourney title game 4 yrs in a row! 2001,2002,2003,2004

2004 they made the ncaa tourney

those were some of my favorite big sky year's. i loved wsu going up against all those guys...hester, snow, merritt, axton, danny bobby brady pariousou, the mullet

wsu fans havent looked forward to a conf game like that up til dominic waters of psu last yr guaranteeing a win in the Dee and of course the student section gave him their best and psu went on to be 1-15 at wsu after being 1-14 prevouisly.

2005-2007 ewu hired a new coach and not much happened nor since minus stuckey.

then 2008 hired earlywine if im not mistaken.

1st yr he had nothing to work with
2nd yr he had a lot of problems and the team fell apart, players were ineligible
3rd yr, good squad but couldnt get it done, benny valentine was a let down, he should have been a 1st teamer

next yr is hopeful with glen dean only a soph after being fresh of the yr.

i wish giacoletti could go back. he got a raw deal and not much of a chance at utah.

not a very good hightlight to show u the 2003 ewu team but u can see them.

ewu was damn good that yr, it took one of the best teams in big sky history that were almost ranked to beat ewu that night.

I miss that big Wildcat Weber used to have on thier basketball court
