The 2009-2010 college basketball season, perhaps like no other, highlighted the strong programs that have emerged as powerhouses at the so-called “mid-major” level. These programs have developed rosters with experienced program players that fit their respective systems, but also are increasingly are pulling in some highly-touted, if under the radar, recruits.

Wow, the west coast (conference and region) was well represented there- 8 teams west of the rockies. Lovin' The Beach at #10!
